UPGRADING THE E-COMMERCE OF HARTNAGEL HANDELS D.O.O.

HARTNAGEL HANDELS D.O.O. has been selected in the Call for tenders for the establishment or upgrade of electronic commerce in a company in the period 2019-2022 “E-COMMERCE 2019-2022”.

Financial support: the amount of the grant we have received for the implementation of the operation is 29.995,00 €.

HARTNAGEL HANDELS D.O.O. has implemented five different actions within the project to strengthen our activities and promotion on foreign markets and to facilitate communication with our customers and partners.

Measures taken include:

  • Electronic exchange between partners
  • Online stores
  • Websites for foreign markets
  • Product sales video
  • Competence building and training

 

The project aims to set up or upgrade electronic commerce

The aim of the project is to improve our ability to enter global value chains and new markets, to increase the international competitiveness of our business, to improve and facilitate interaction with business partners abroad, to send and collect information more efficiently, and to improve relationships throughout the supply chain.

The expected results are an increase in international competitiveness.

The operation will run until August 2022.

The call for tenders for the selection of operations is part-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The call for tenders for the selection of operations is implemented under the “Operational Programme for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy 2014-2020”, priority axis “Increasing the international competitiveness of SMEs”; priority investment “Development and implementation of new business models for SMEs, in particular in relation to internationalisation”; specific objective “Increasing the international competitiveness of SMEs”.

Strengthening the digital competences of HARTNAGEL HANDELS D.O.O.

HARTNAGEL HANDELS D.O.O. has been selected in the call for tenders for the following project: “Establishment or upgrading of electronic business in the company in the period 2019-2022″ E-COMMERCE 2019-2022”.

 

The aim of the project is to strengthen competences in the field of Digital Commerce and Industry 4.0

In the framework of the training, the provider has trained the client in the following areas:

  • Industry 4.0, namely topics related to doing business with foreign partners.
  • Efficient value creation processes
  • New models and tools for export (sales, marketing, new markets)
  • Creating digital jobs
  • Presenting the benefits of open data and services
  • Paperless business
  • Adapting to new regulation
  • Security and risks of digitalisation
  • Internet of things
  • Online marketing and social media

Objectives and results of the operation: All the objectives set have been successfully achieved and the response from the market and from existing customers has been positive.
